This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the “App”), which provides softphone calling, SMS, voicemail management, fax management, and user-configurable call handling settings.
We collect only the data necessary to provide and support the core functionality of our App. This includes:
– Call Data: Information related to calls made and received through the softphone client.
– SMS Data: Messages sent and received via the App.
– Voicemail and Fax Data: Content and metadata of voicemails and faxes managed through the App.
– User Settings: Call handling preferences and related configuration settings.
– Contacts / Address Book: With your permission, the App accesses your device’s contacts to allow you to make calls and send SMS directly to your saved contacts within the App.
We do not collect personal information beyond what is needed to deliver these services.
The data we collect is used solely to:
– Enable and manage voice calls, text messages, faxes, and voicemails;
– Maintain user settings and preferences;
– Ensure the proper functioning and security of the App.

If you wish to delete your SV Mobile account and all associated personal data, you can do so by submitting a request to support@simplevoip.com. Upon request, we will permanently delete your account and data within 30 days, unless required to retain it by law.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, through the App.
