CUSTOMER will need to coordinate access with mall or airport security to the demark and they may need an insurance COI in advance. This especially applies to FIRE panels. REQUIRED: Customer must provide full contact information for the management company and/or the elevator company and set up a call with our team to confirm access and schedule the appointment onsite. Physical Cabling Information
The SureDial unit will be wall mounted, generally in the same room as your alarm and fire panels. It needs power, a connection to your network via an Ethernet cable and needs to be connected via a single copper pair to each of the devices you want service for. Please provide as much information as you have available so we can properly estimate the installation time. Our installer can re-terminate existing cables/jacks or run a new cable up to 15 feet as part of the installation.
