Caribou Coffee, a premier coffeehouse chain in the United States, faced a daunting challenge. They were nearing the end of their contract with a previous telecom provider. The stakes were high, with a narrow 30-day window to transfer all their numbers off of the old provider’s network or face an automatic contract renewal for another year. With nearly 300 stores to transition, they needed a seamless, efficient, and effective solution.

Coordinating the logistics for such an operation was an enormous task. Ensuring business continuity and the smooth delivery and installation of new equipment across their various stores, all within a tight timeframe, added layers of complexity to the task at hand.
